Rain Rain Go Away

The weather has been really crappy recently, either it's cold & rainy or sunny & windy - but more so of the former, with that said hopefully May brings in warmer weather ! For the time being I've been wearing my rain boots for the most part & I'm so happy that I invested in a pair with this past winter being more rainy than anything else. With that being said, it doesn't mean that you should look frumpy while wearing rain boots but at the same time ladies, please don't wear your cute summer dresses with them either - I saw somebody do this & it's looked too contradictory for my liking - so I paired mine up with my cape jacket, since there is only a small  time frame when I can wear it. Enjoy !

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

I'm a serious lover of food & dressing up - so when I end up going out on a lot of lunch and dinner dates. I think every girl should dress when going out even if it's only with the girls or a coffee date. No occasion is too small to dress up for. On this particular day I was going for lunch so I wore my cream blouse, black shorts, heels & red lips ! What I love about this outfit is that it was so easy & each piece can be worn numerous times - Enjoy lovlies.

A Bit of Fun

Hello ladies & Daniel (lol) - It's been really cold recently & I've been a bit busy getting everything ready for my trip to NYC next week therefore I've been neglectful so I've decided to do two posts today -  I'll begin with what I wore today which was this cute, lilac mini. I adore mini, "A-line" skirts, they\re so fun & flirty and are versatile enough to wear for 3 out of the 4 seasons. However that wasn't enough for today so I paired it with my giraffe printed tights, which can be a bit tricky. I find that printed tights can look a bit overwhelming when not done correctly. I find the best rule of thumb is to keep the rest of the outfit clean and  polished so with that in mind stay away from prints, too much colour and too many layers that way you won't look lost in your outfit !

Safari Time

Hey lovelies ! It's another drab day in good old T.O - but more importantly it's study time for moi, with my last exam ending tomorrow night so it's time to get down to business - of course with that being said it doesn't mean I should dress like a slob kebab that's why I decided to wear a silk, printed tank with my chino's, for that extra pop I decided to add some colour to my lips & voilĂ  - the look is complete & practical.

Music Fesitive

Unless you've been living under a rock you know that we're right in the midst of Coachella - unfortunately I'm not even remotely close enough to attend. Nonetheless there are a bunch of music festivals coming up so I decided to dress the part with this super easy outfit - usually I'm not this casual but I wanted to wear to something with my boyfriend shorts :)

Paint Splatter.

The weather was being bi-polar as per usual in Toronto, but when the sun did shine for a few hours in the afternoon I decided to take a few piccy's! I love this tank, which is sheer but because of the print isn't too see-through, it added the right amount of colour for me. Enjoy lovelies <3

Experiment with Pastels

It's no secret that this spring/summer it's going to be all about colour; prints and blocking - Being someone who has shied away from colour aside from the few touches here and there I've decided to finally test the waters & see what all the hype is about - with that being said there are some basic rules that I follow - such as mixing with similar colour groups that's why i decided to wear pastels together. Enjoy !

It's a Spring Fling

Hello, lovlies ! It's officially spring & my favourite time of the year - school's done, summer is coming and it's time to finally time to wear some colour. Now that the weather has decided to co-operate I decided to wear my floral, ruffled skirt: cute & flirty - however i'm a firm believer that clothes should be tight enough to show that you're a woman but loose enough to show that you're a lady, so I decided to pair it up with my cream button down blouse.
